We are looking for a creative person with a passion for storytelling to join our dynamic team.Job Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation & Cold Calling:

• Identify and research potential clients (startups, corporates, and SMEs) that may require PR services.
• Conduct cold calls to introduce the firm’s PR and digital marketing offerings and generate interest.
• Qualify leads based on business needs and pass them on to the Business Development team for further discussions.

2. Email Outreach, Follow-ups & Meeting Coordination:

• Send introductory emails and follow-up messages to potential clients.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
• Address basic inquiries and objections before passing leads to the CEO & Operations Head.
• Schedule meetings and calls between potential clients and the CEO.
• Ensure timely reminders and confirmations for scheduled meetings.

3. Database Management, Reporting & Market Research:

• Maintain an updated record of leads, calls, emails, and meeting statuses in the system.
• Provide weekly reports on outreach progress, conversion rates, and follow-up status.
• Research industry trends and potential clients to refine outreach strategies.
• Identify new business opportunities based on competitor analysis.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or lead generation (preferably in PR, marketing, or digital services).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism during cold calls.
• Proficiency in email outreach and CRM tools.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the CEO and operations manager..
