Job Overview:
We are hiring a French Language Interpreter to support our remote customer service operations. The role requires interpreting and translating customer queries from French to English and ensuring seamless communication. Candidates must have strong French proficiency (minimum B2 level) and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide real-time French–English interpretation for customer calls, emails, and chat support.
• Translate documents, responses, and customer queries accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Maintain clear and culturally appropriate communication.
• Follow established customer service guidelines and maintain interaction records.
• Achieve quality and productivity targets as defined by the process.
• Support additional language-related tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum B2 level proficiency in French (verbal and written).
• Prior experience in customer support, interpretation, or translation preferred.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work rotational shifts (5 days/week).
• Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for remote support.
• Customer-oriented attitude with problem-solving capability.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in international or multilingual customer support.
• Familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools.
• Ability to manage time and multitask effectively in a remote environment.
