Key Responsibilities
 

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce products and services.
• Understand market needs and tailor communication accordingly.
• Generate leads and qualify prospects using effective questioning techniques.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
• Resolve customer queries and provide timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize outreach methods.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective customers.
• Assist in organizing promotional events and exhibitions.
• Analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings.
• Provide insights on market trends and customer preferences.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call targets set by management.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skill sets.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to relay customer information.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments.
   

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with potential clients.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Results-oriented with a strong desire to meet sales targets.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Adaptability to change and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of the industry and competitive landscape.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Basic data analysis skills for performance tracking.
• Multilingual skills are an advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible hours if required.
