Overview:

Endeavor Academy, a leading EdTech service provider, is looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Mathematics to work during early morning and night shifts. As a Solution Author, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, step-by-step solutions to mathematics problems, answering student queries, and assisting in assessments through our interactive online platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Authoring:

• Develop accurate and well-structured solutions for topics including:

• Algebra, Trigonometry, and Geometry

• Calculus (Differentiation & Integration)

• Linear Algebra and Matrices

• Probability and Statistics

• Discrete Mathematics

• Differential Equations

• Ensure that solutions are clear, error-free, and align with academic standards.

Doubt Resolution:

• Respond to students’ queries and clarify doubts on the online portal.

• Provide easy-to-understand explanations to help students grasp concepts effectively.

Assessment Support:

• Develop, review, and validate assessment questions and solutions.

• Evaluate student responses and provide constructive feedback.

Portal Interaction:

• Utilize the online platform effectively for submitting solutions and tracking progress.

• Maintain records of completed tasks for performance tracking.

Content Accuracy and Quality Assurance:

• Ensure 100% accuracy in all authored solutions.

• Update content regularly to match curriculum changes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.

• Strong grasp of core mathematical concepts and problem-solving techniques.

• Excellent written communication skills in English.

• Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, or content creation is an advantage.

• Familiarity with online educational platforms is preferred.
