We’re Hiring: HR Executive (Recruitment & Operations)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding

Handle employee engagement and HR operations

Maintain and update employee records in HRMS

Coordinate with management for performance reviews & appraisals

Support payroll, attendance, and compliance processes

Ensure smooth communication and foster a positive workplace culture

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or related field

0–6 years of HR / Talent Acquisition experience (freshers with strong communication welcome)

Strong interpersonal & organizational skills

Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and HR tools

Knowledge of labor laws & HR policies is a plus

Remote and Onsite both options available
