Job Overview

We are seeking a Voice Support Executive to join our team at Finderbro. As a Voice Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through voice calls. This is a full-time position based in Sikar, Rajasthan, India. We are looking for candidates with less than 1 year of experience in voice support. Join us and contribute to our mission of delivering top-notch recruitment services.

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle customer queries and provide prompt resolutions

Roles And Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients through voice calls
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate resolutions
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the relevant teams
• Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends
• Adhere to company's defined service standards and targets
