Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Success Specialist at Scalenut.

As a CSM, you’ll be responsible for helping clients get the most value out of our platform and services. You'll work closely with them to understand their goals, drive adoption, resolve challenges, and ensure they have a seamless and successful experience with Scalenut.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the customer journey post-sale, including onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, feedback, and support escalations.
• Understand customer goals and work cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to deliver value.
• Conduct regular check-ins, share best practices, and identify opportunities to increase client satisfaction.
• Track customer health metrics and proactively address issues to reduce churn.

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or related role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience with service businesses is a plus
