Role Overview:

We’re seeking a dynamic and proactive Talent Acquisition Associate with experience in internal hiring within staffing/recruitment companies. This person will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent across business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for internal roles at Pracyva.

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs.

Source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job portals, internal database, referrals, and social media.

Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders.

Build and maintain a pipeline of strong candidates for current and future needs.

Maintain ATS records and generate recruitment reports.

Act as a brand ambassador for Pracyva in all candidate interactions.

Required Skills & Experience:

2-5 years of talent acquisition experience, primarily focused on internal hiring.

Strong background working with or for staffing/recruitment firms.

Excellent sourcing skills using various tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple positions simultaneously.

Preferred: Exp. Hiring UK/Domestic Recruiters
