Job Summary:

As a Technical Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier technical talent across various IT domains. You will play a key role in scaling our workforce by recruiting for roles in software development, DevOps, cloud, data, QA, and more. Experience recruiting in the LATAM region is a strong plus, as we continue to grow our presence in that market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple IT roles including (but not limited to) Frontend, Backend, Fullstack, DevOps, Cloud, Data, QA, and Security.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through a variety of channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
• Conduct initial screenings and assess candidate fit from both a technical and cultural standpoint.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate data and reports using our ATS or recruitment tracking tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive hiring practices.
• Partner with internal teams to improve recruitment strategies and employer branding.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced IT services or consulting environment.
• Strong knowledge of technical roles, terminologies, and skills across various IT domains.
• Proven ability to source and engage top tech talent.
• Experience working with LATAM-based candidates is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple open roles effectively.
• Familiarity with ATS tools and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, GitHub, etc.).
