Role Overview:

We are looking for energetic and passionate Business Development Associates (BDA) who can drive sales and promote our educational programs. This is a pure sales role, perfect for self-motivated individuals who are confident in their ability to sell and earn high commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and convert them into enrollments for our courses.

Make outbound calls and follow up with prospects via WhatsApp, email, and calls.

Explain the features and benefits of our educational programs to potential customers.

Schedule and conduct virtual demos/meetings with parents and students.

Achieve and exceed monthly/weekly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities on CRM tools.

Attend regular online training sessions and team meetings.

Requirements:

Proven interest or experience in sales/business development (EdTech experience is a plus).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and handle pressure.

Own a smartphone/laptop and stable internet connection.

Fluent in Hindi and English (regional language skills are an advantage).

Self-driven, motivated, and target-oriented.

Compensation:

This is a performance-driven opportunity. Compensation will be based on:

Incentives for Hitting Milestones & Targets

There is no fixed salary — earnings are uncapped and fully incentive /commission-based.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fresher are also welcome
