Our team is growing, and we are seeking a dedicated IT Recruiter with at least 2 years of experience to join our dynamic and collaborative workforce. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent for our clients, helping them build exceptional technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, and database mining) to identify top IT talent for open positions.
• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Client Interaction: Collaborate closely with clients to understand job requirements, company culture, and hiring needs. Provide insights and recommendations to clients throughout the recruitment process.
• Candidate Management: Guide candidates through the interview and onboarding process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies tailored to specific client needs and market trends.
• Offer Negotiations: Assist in offer creation and negotiation between candidates and clients.
• Tracking & Reporting: Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Provide regular reports on sourcing, interviews, and hiring metrics.
• Market Research: Stay up to date with the latest trends in IT recruitment, technologies, and industry developments.

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within a staffing organization or recruitment agency.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT roles (e.g., software developers, system administrators, data scientists, network engineers, etc.) and technologies to assess candidates' technical skills.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to assess resumes, candidate profiles, and technical skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Tools: Proficiency in using ATS systems, job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Remote Work: Comfortable working remotely with the ability to manage time effectively and stay self-motivated.
