Role Description

This is a full-time remote Virtual Assistant (Go High Level Expert) role with a focus on real estate at Scriptures. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, customer service, communication support, and organization skills to the real estate team. Day-to-day tasks include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and supporting real estate operations.

Responsibilities:

•Build and manage automations inside Go High Level (GHL)

• Set up workflows, pipelines, triggers, and

Campaign

• Assist with CRM management, email automation and intregation

• Communicate effectively with the client in fluent English

• Perform admin tasks and follow-ups as required

• Understand the real estate lead lifecycle and help optimize client systems

Requirements:

• 1+ year experience using Go High Level

• Solid understanding of automation, CRM, and marketing workflows

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Comfortable working during US CST hours (9–5)

• Experience in real estate (leasing, property sales, or lead gen) is a plus

• Reliable internet connection and professional working environment
