About the job

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct Tele Marketing calls to potential clients in the banking, HR, accounting, and management consulting sectors.

• Introduce services and generate interest in our firm’s consulting offerings.

• Qualify leads and gather information on client needs and potential business opportunities.

• Set up appointments or meetings for the consulting team to further engage prospects.

• Maintain and update CRM with call notes, lead status, and follow-up actions.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead-generation targets.

• Follow up with leads from previous outreach efforts.

• Handle client objections professionally and confidently.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in Tele sales calling or telemarketing (preferably in consulting, banking, HR, or accounting).

• Strong verbal communication skills in English.

• Comfortable with making outbound calls and handling rejection.

• Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.

• Basic knowledge MS Office and Excel

• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) is preferred.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
