We are looking to add a Corporate Recruiter to our Talent Acquisition team. This role will be based in Goa, India.

As a full cycle Recruiter, you'll be accountable for identifying and engaging prospective talent across multiple locations and job roles. Creativity in sourcing and attracting talent is important to us. We want our recruiters to treat candidates with care and provide a personalized and outstanding experience. We are looking for a Recruiter who is hands-on with technology and innovative sourcing skills to find niche talent.

You’ll Make An Impact By
 

• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements to evaluate and identify priority hiring strategies/needs. Additionally, you'll provide proactive communication to both candidates and partners.
• Innovating and solving problems. You look at the world differently than others and view obstacles as problems to be solved and opportunities to capitalize on.
• Coordinating all the moving parts with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requisitions without sacrificing quality. You’re happiest when you are working on many things at once yet are able to prioritize critical tasks.
• Executing for results by identifying top talent and collaborating with partners to source, screen, respond to challenges and eliminate potential barriers.
   

Minimum Qualifications For Consideration

• 5+ years’ experience in corporate or agency recruiting and experience using applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate data and candidate management.
   

You Will Excite Us If You Have

• Experience recruiting in Telecommunications and/or Technology environments.
• A demonstrable ability to influence and counsel business leaders on the talent market while maintaining high levels of customer service.
• Experience in recruiting in a sophisticated, matrix-led environment.
• A completed bachelor’s degree.
