Urgent Hiring: Telecallers for US Client - Work from Home

Position: Telecaller (Full-Time)

Salary: Up to ?15,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 1 year in Telecalling or a similar role

Language Requirement: Fluent in US English Accent

Work Timings: Night Shift – 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM

Job Description: We are urgently hiring skilled and dedicated Telecallers to join our team for a US-based client project. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer queries, and providing solutions, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Make a minimum of 250 calls per day to potential customers
• Communicate effectively and clearly with customers in a US English accent
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with patience and professionalism
• Meet daily and weekly targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls made and issues resolved

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or a similar role
• Fluency in US English accent is a must
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Must be comfortable working in night shifts (9:30 PM to 6:30 AM)
• Strong phone etiquette and customer handling skills
