Job Overview:

Oeson Private Limited is looking for an experienced Cyber Security Mentor to guide and train aspiring cybersecurity professionals. The mentor will be responsible for delivering high-quality training, offering career guidance, and helping learners develop practical skills required in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver interactive and hands-on training sessions on cybersecurity concepts, tools, and techniques.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to students in cybersecurity career paths and certifications.
• Assist learners in understanding and implementing cybersecurity best practices.
• Review and assess student assignments, projects, and hands-on lab exercises.
• Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies.
• Help students prepare for industry-recognized certifications like CEH, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, etc.
• Conduct Q&A sessions, doubt-clearing classes, and personalized mentoring.
• Provide feedback and support to enhance student learning outcomes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cybersecurity, penetration testing, network security, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with security tools like Kali Linux, Wireshark, Metasploit, Burp Suite, etc.
• Certifications such as CEH, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, OSCP, or equivalent are preferred.
• Prior experience in training, mentoring, or teaching cybersecurity concepts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex cybersecurity concepts for learners of different levels.
• Passion for teaching and a strong desire to help students succeed in their cybersecurity careers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a cybersecurity role such as SOC Analyst, Ethical Hacker, Cybersecurity Consultant, or Security Engineer.
• Knowledge of cloud security, incident response, risk management, and compliance.
• Experience in conducting Capture the Flag (CTF) competitions or hands-on cybersecurity projects.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
