About the job

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing brand marketing initiatives, with a particular focus on influencer marketing. The primary responsibilities include identifying and engaging with social media creators, planning and executing influencer campaigns, monitoring key performance indicators, conducting market research, and maintaining professional relationships with influencers. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and achieve brand growth.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRAs):

• Logging & Discovery of social media creators to identify potential influencers for collaboration.
• Reaching out to suitable creators, promoters, and negotiating and signing contracts with them.
• Planning monthly campaigns, communication strategies, and budget allocation for influencer marketing.
• Managing the execution of influencer campaigns and ensuring timely delivery of content.
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and creating reports to track brand growth, highlighting areas for improvement.
• Maintaining and optimizing the brand's profit and loss (P&L) statement.
• Conducting market research to identify market gaps and gain a better understanding of consumer preferences and trends.
• Establishing and maintaining healthy and professional relationships with influencers.
• Coordinating with different teams across the organization for successful campaign implementation and operational efficiency.

Required Skills:

• Relevant Experience in influencer discovery and onboarding processes.
• Effective communication skills.
• Proficient negotiation skills to ensure favorable terms with influencers.
• Ability to manage PR and influencer relationships effectively.
• Proficiency in using Excel/Google Sheets and Google Docs for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in campaign planning and budget management (soft skill).
• Familiarity with social media marketing metrics (good to have).
• Basic visual design and copywriting skills are advantageous.
