We are seeking Analysts to apply for an on-site role with our employer partner in Executive Search in Dubai, UAE.

The Role:

Candidates will be responsible for varied client development and business generation projects in Dubai and the Middle East. Analysts perform in-depth research, data collection and stewardship, prepare original analysis and insights, develop bespoke capabilities documents, and handle ad-hoc assignments as directed. Key responsibilities include:

Identify and develop business growth opportunities through market research and growth initiatives.
Develop a solid understanding of potential client's industry.
Take ownership of the team's content management, helping maintain tools and systems to centralise and organise business development materials.
Utilise databases and research tools to support consulting teams in various projects.
Assist in organising business development events.
Provide administrative and communications support, including proofing formatting and content revisions for internal and external reporting and communications.
Develop and enhance good relationships with key stakeholders and collaborative partners across the firm.

Qualifications:

Problem-solving ability and personal initiative.
Strong market research and communications skills.
Ability to synthesize research for business development initiatives, providing a succinct and accurate perspective utilizing effective business writing skills.
Ability to plan, manage, and drive efforts in support of new business development and search assignment support on time.
Proven ability to obtain and incorporate knowledge to enhance client work in a meaningful way.
Genuine interest and curiosity about people and businesses, actively building personal awareness and team knowledge around the marketplace.
