About the Remote Recruitment Administrator Jobs in Canada

Jetstream Personnel Consulting is a hiring and recruitment agency based out of Lloydminster, AB/SK and has been serving Western Canada for over 15 years. We are looking to hire a personable Part-Time Recruitment Administrator to start by the end of September/beginning of October. The successful candidate will work from home, but preference will be given to those who live in Saskatoon, SK or Lloydminster, AB/SK. The contract is for 1 year with potential for extension.

Compensation:

• $25-$28/hr, pending experience and education
• Flexible schedule, ranging from 10 – 20 hours per week (10 hours per week are guaranteed)
• Work from home, with the occasional requirement to meet a team member or client outside of the home

Job Summary

• Coordinate and support hiring life cycle processes, including, but not limited to; review and post positions, screen resumes, conduct initial screening interviews, coordinate pre-employment screening, reference checks, generate offer letters and send onboarding documents
• Support our current employees and contractors
• Social media management, including posting job positions to social media and answering general inquiries
• Access and enter information into our ATS software
• Assist with other general admin work as required

Qualifications:

• Proven experience prioritizing and managing multiple assignments concurrently, performing well under pressure, and meeting deadlines, while ensuring acute attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Proficient with MS Office, Adobe Pro and willing to learn other computer software (ATS)
• Experience with social media management (asset)
• Excellent communication skills -- written and verbal, including strong interviewing skills
• General understanding and knowledge regarding HR administrative processes and best practices
• A post-secondary diploma or degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience
