The role

Countfire is a remote SaaS company based in the UK that builds software for the electrical estimating industry. Founded in 2012 we have been around a while, but are embarking on a period of growth creating the need for a new team team assistant.

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting the management team with administrative tasks
• Contacting customers regarding overdue invoices
• Managing the purchase and distribution of company equipment
• Organising and following up on internal and external meetings
• Ensuring employee onboarding processes are complete
• Arranging company socials and purchasing team gifts
• Providing additional support to all areas of the business as required

This is an exciting new role and a great opportunity to join a friendly, but hard working team.

About you

It goes without saying this person will be super organised and take pride and pleasure in tackling administrative tasks.

You will also:

• Have some experience in a similar role, preferably in a SaaS/startup company
• Be able to multi-task and prioritise in a fast paced environment
• Follow instruction independently using your initiative to problem solve
• Have excellent written communication skills, paying high attention to detail when it comes to spelling and grammar
• Be excited about being involved in all areas of SaaS
