Customer Orders Advisor

Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 Overtime is available and paid at time and a half including weekends and bank holidays!

£1,500 bonus paid after completion of a successful 6-month probation!

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm You will be required to work Saturdays on a rota basis between the hours of 9:00am - 1:00pm

Location: Fully remote home based. Training period will be at our Head Office in Horsham. There will be occasional travel to Horsham, West Sussex for companywide meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

To process customer orders for new services, upgrades, additional products in a timely and accurate manner.

Communicate with customers on inbound and outbound calls and email to answer and solve order queries with a high level of professionalism.

Work with colleagues in your own team and across the business to manage problem orders to completion.

Liaise with third party suppliers through portals, email on the phone to progress customer orders.

Using business systems accurately and applying comprehensive notes.

Is this you?

Minimum of 3 years Customer Service experience within Orders / Provisioning experience in a broadband or telecoms business.

Great written and verbal communication skills.

Experience of working in a customer service centre environment.

Ability to learn quickly and understand complex business systems and processes.

Good organisational and time management skills.

Good team player.
