Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Assistant to join our IT firm. The ideal candidate will assist in various operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our daily activities. This role involves supporting different departments, managing administrative tasks, and contributing to process improvements.

Responsibilities
 

• Assist in daily operational activities to ensure the smooth running of the organization.
• Provide administrative support, including managing emails, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis.
• Manage and update company databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide support as needed.
• Assist in the onboarding process of new employees.
• Support the HR department in maintaining employee records and coordinating training sessions.
• Help organize company events, meetings, and conferences.
• Assist in the implementation of operational policies and procedures.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
   

Skills And Requirements
 

• Proven experience as an Operations Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Basic understanding of IT industry practices and terminology is a plus.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
   

Preferred Qualifications
 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Experience working in an IT firm or tech-related environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
