Key Responsibilities:

Customer Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and ensure timely resolution of issues to enhance customer satisfaction.

Feedback Handling: Collect customer feedback and provide insights to the relevant teams to improve products and services.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions in the system.

Knowledge Sharing: Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide informed assistance to customers.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.

Process Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancements and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Training Support: Assist in training new team members and share best practices to maintain high-quality customer service.

Compliance: Ensure all customer interactions comply with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
