Recruitment Activity Representative

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India

Flexible, paid-per-assignment contract role

Based in Ahmedabad, you will oversee and deliver local recruitment activities, acting as a key representative for INTO and its partner universities. You will engage directly with prospective students, parents, education agents, and schools, ensuring accurate information and a positive student-first experience at every interaction.

This is a highly visible role, offering the opportunity to contribute local market insights that help shape regional recruitment strategies and future planning.

Responsibilities

Act as a local ambassador for INTO and its partner universities
Represent INTO at student recruitment fairs, school visits, and in-person events
Engage with prospective students, parents, and education agents, answering questions and providing accurate guidance
Capture and manage student leads using INTO’s lead capture platform
Complete post-activity reporting, including attendance, key questions, and market trends.
Share local market insights and feedback to inform recruitment strategy
Ensure all activities align with INTO’s student-first approach and messaging
Travel within India may be required, and occasional weekend work may be necessary to support recruitment activities.

Requirements

Passionate about international education
Experienced in student engagement, education counselling, or recruitment support
Comfortable working in fast-paced, people-facing environments
Well-organized, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple activities
Strong communicators with a collaborative mindset
