We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional service to our German-speaking users. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience through multiple support channels, maintaining up-to-date FAQs, and translating user feedback into actionable improvements. Your advocacy for our German market users will play a crucial role in refining our product and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Respond promptly to user inquiries via email and live chat.
• Maintain and update a well-organized FAQ section to address common concerns.
• Translate user feedback into insights for app enhancements and product development.
• Advocate for the German market by conveying user concerns and suggestions to internal teams.
• Deliver a top-tier customer support experience tailored to German-speaking users.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer support processes and efficiency.
   

What You'll Bring to Numerator

Qualifications & Requirements

Must-Have:

• Fluency in German (written and verbal).
• Basic knowledge or familiarity with German culture.
• Strong time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software and systems.
• Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
   

Nice-to-Have:

• Prior experience in customer service or support roles.
• Familiarity with Zendesk or similar customer support platforms.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
   

Tools & Software

• Zendesk (preferred but not required; training can be provided)
