What you'll do
- Full-Process Product Planning and Design: Lead the strategic planning and roadmap development for the intelligent customer service product, thoroughly analyze business needs and user pain points, and, incorporating industry trends, design forward-looking and innovative product solutions. For example, accurately identify the complexities of customer service in multi-channel information processing and develop a one-stop integrated solution.
- Intelligent Strategy Development and Implementation: Leverage technologies like AI and big data to drive intelligent upgrades for customer service products.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Project Delivery: Work closely with R&D, Operations, and Customer Service teams. Provide clear product requirements documents to the R&D team to help them understand product goals; communicate with the Operations team to optimize product features based on operational data; and gather feedback from the Customer Service team to continuously improve the product experience.
- Data Analysis and Optimization: Establish an effective product data monitoring system, conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior and business data, and iterate and optimize the product based on data insights. For example, analyze customer service operation logs to identify bottlenecks in feature usage and optimize operational processes accordingly.
What you'll need
- Professional Background: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferred in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. 2. Work Experience: 3+ years of product management experience, including at least 1 year focused on customer service products, with extensive experience implementing intelligent customer service products. Prior experience leading projects such as building and optimizing intelligent customer service products is preferred.
- Skill Requirements: Proficiency in product design tools such as Axure and Sketch, proficiency in data analysis tools (such as SQL and advanced Excel functions), strong technical understanding, and the ability to effectively communicate with the technical team on technical feasibility and implementation plans.
- Competencies: Possess keen user insights and excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to quickly clarify ideas and make sound decisions when faced with complex problems. Excellent teamwork and communication skills, capable of coordinating resources to promote product implementation.
- Industry Knowledge: Possess a keen understanding of customer service industry trends and technological applications, familiarity with mainstream customer service products and solutions, and familiarity with the application scenarios of intelligent technology in the customer service field.
- Other Qualities: Possess strong problem-solving skills and a keen sense of innovation, able to quickly respond to challenges and propose innovative solutions in complex and volatile business environments. Passionate about work, strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail and pursuit of excellence.
