 What You’ll Do:

• Be the Talent Scout: Help us find the best talent by posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Collaborate & Conquer: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop smart sourcing strategies
• Social Media Sleuth: Use online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks to source potential candidates
• First Impressions Matter: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
• Scheduling Maestro: Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers

 What You Bring:

• A graduate or post-graduation degree in any specific domain and a passion for recruitment
• Strong interest in talent acquisition and a keen eye for spotting great talent
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
