Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and ensuring excellent communication with stakeholders. The role involves strategy development and executing plans to meet and exceed business growth targets.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Engage with potential clients via email, phone and chats to understand their needs and provide the required learning solutions
• Counsel clients who contact us and suggest courses to match their requirements
• Become the point of contact for the enrolled participants and follow up with them till they finish the course
• Manage leads on CRM
• Maintain good relationship with the existing participants
• Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Experienced candidates (1 to 4yrs in core sales) can apply
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Problem solving ability
• Ability to handle high pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of computer skills
• Demonstrated experience in hardcore sales (like credit card sales is added advantage)
