About the position

As a Student Interviewer, you will work directly with Lumiere’s program operations team and the directors to:

• Oversee the selection and interviewing of new students for our programs
• Coordinate with students, parents and the Lumiere team during the Lumiere Research Scholar Program to ensure a positive onboarding experience
• Identify and proactively problem-solve issues that students face during the interview stage

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree from a top university
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong organizational skills
• International experience (e.g. having studied, lived or worked in international contexts) is a plus
• Passion for working with young people and providing opportunities for research-based learning
• Comfortable working with Zoom & Slack
