* Job Description: Inbound and Outbound Customer Support Executive (CSE) *

**Position: Part-Time, Work From Home/ Remote
**Working Hours: 4hours per day (Flexible Timings)
**Weekend: Saturday and Sunday fixed off
*Responsibilities:*
- Provide Customer Support for multiple financial service companies including Angel One, HDFC Sky, 5Paisa, MStock and Upstox.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy, addressing KYC verification, account related problems and other inquiries.
- Ensure prompt and accurate resolution of customer issues to maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and comprehensively, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to escalate and resolve complex customer issues as needed.
*Requirements:*
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Familiarity with KYC verification processes and account related procedures for various financial platforms.
- Proficiency in using mobile, laptop or PC for call handling and documentation.
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Ability to multi task and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
*Training:*
- Selected candidates will undergo one week training provided by the company to familiarize themselves with company policies, procedures, and the specific requirements of the job.
*Salary and Benefits:*
- Salary range: ?12,000 to ?15,000 per month + incentives.
