Job Responsibilities

• Conduct telemarketing activities, including lead generation, appointment setting, surveys, and verification.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls for both B2B and B2C clients.
• Provide exceptional customer support through calls, emails, and live chat.
• Work independently to meet and exceed performance targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an international call centre environment.
• Fluency in English language with excellent communication skills.
• Age limit below 40 years.
• Proven track record in telemarketing and customer support.
• Must have a laptop and a broadband connection for remote work.
