Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to oversee & grow our presence & sales on key platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Google, and others.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales across Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Google, and other social media channels.
• Take responsibility for the brand’s presence across social media platforms by developing content strategy, managing content calendar, posting consistent content and coordinating with the content and graphics teams.
• Plan and implement seasonal & event-based campaigning, strategic brand placements and product launches to drive traffic.
• Monitor, analyze, and report key performance metrics like ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, accounts reached and more continuously and optimize content and campaigns accordingly for better performance and budget efficiency.
• Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions promptly, fostering community engagement, handling queries, and strengthening customer relationships.
• Stay updated on digital trends, competitors' activities, and new marketing tools, applying insights to adapt and improve overall digital strategies.
• Provide general administrative support for other ad-hoc tasks as needed.

 

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and platforms like Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Creative mindset with strong content creation and communication skills.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and an ability to make data-driven decisions.
