Role Overview: Trade Fair & Business Travel Sales Executive
Position Luxe Comfort Travels as the preferred partner for business travel and trade fair management by representing us at key industry trade fairs, business events, and industry associations. Build strong connections with executive decision-makers, aiming to establish Luxe Comfort Travels as their go-to provider for end-to-end travel desk management and trade fair coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Client Acquisition: Identify and connect with executives at trade fairs, industry events, and associations, promoting Luxe Comfort Travels’ expertise in seamless travel and trade fair services.
- Account Management: Cultivate relationships with existing clients, managing all escalations and ensuring a smooth, reliable travel experience.
- Sales Targets: Meet quarterly targets by driving engagement with prospective clients and strengthening current partnerships.
- Supplier Relationships: Collaborate closely with suppliers, negotiating for favorable terms to improve margins and maintain a competitive edge.
- Financial Tracking: Oversee financial records for all bookings, ensuring transparency and readiness for audits.
