Job Description

We are seeking candidates with strong analytical skills and exceptional English comprehension. The ideal candidate should be able to read, summarize, and divide large content into smaller, logical sections. This role involves conducting extensive online research, verifying content claims through research, and collaborating with Large Language Models (LLMs) to solve challenging problems!

Your role is pivotal in refining and enhancing large language models (like GPT), providing an opportunity to become an expert in using AI for sophisticated analytical tasks. This is your chance to future-proof your career in an AI-first world!

What Does Day-to-day Look Like

You will spend your time answering a variety of analytical questions and creating scenarios to train LLM models for improved performance. Here are a few examples where models might struggle and you would need to provide correct answers and explanations:
 

• Who is the most significant philosopher in history? (Hint: Think about different schools of thought and their impact. How would you define "significant"?)
• A city has four districts: Downtown, Uptown, Suburban, and Rural. The delivery schedule mandates that Downtown is always serviced before Uptown, and Suburban before Rural. If deliveries are made to Downtown and Suburban on the first day, which districts will be serviced on the second day?
   

Requirements
 

• English Proficiency: High proficiency in reading and writing in English with excellent comprehension skills.
• Analytical Skills: Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Feedback Skills: Ability to provide detailed and constructive feedback.
• Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and laterally.
• Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Independence: Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Commitment: Ability to commit to 40 hours per week for the contract duration, overlapping US hours.
• Technical Setup: Desktop/Laptop with a reliable internet connection.
   

Preferred Qualifications
 

• Bachelor’s degree or undergraduate studies in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or related fields. Candidates without a Bachelor's degree but with relevant experience are also welcome.
• Experience in professional writing (business analysts, research analysts, copywriters, journalists, technical writers, editors, translators, etc.).
• Multilingual capabilities, especially in Spanish and Portuguese, are an advantage.
• Familiarity with Excel and Google Suite.
