The Australian College of Vocational Education & Training (ACVET) provides prospective international students with courses in Community Services and Ageing Support.

The Role

You Will Be Responsible For

The Admin Support Officer is responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to the ACVET on-campus operations team. This role ensures the smooth running of daily activities by managing, coordinating with various departments, maintaining accurate records and respond to queries and requests of students. The Admin Support Officer will also support the wider operations and admissions team with compliance procedures, facilitating effective communication and efficient operation.
 

• Prepares documentation and confirmation letters in response to student requests
• Manages student records, enrolment, and financial aid information
• Supports in the management of reception mailbox by allocating queries to various stakeholders and ensuring prompt response
• Overseeing other administrative tasks related to forms, documentation requests and work placements
• Managing queries of students and escalate matters
• Collate documentation related to feedback from students
• Keeping records for staff and student IDs
• Manage event related online registration forms
• Provider any other support to RTO Operations Manager
   

Ideal Profile
 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in offshore/outsourcing environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint and preferably Monday.com
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• This is a working from home, remote position. You need to be available during Australian working hours (AEDT) 9am to 5pm. This is a full-time position, and your availability is required throughout working hours.
• Three months’ probationary period is applicable to this role.
• Laptop will be provided for the role.
• Remuneration will base on applicant’s experience.
• Potential of pay raise after successful completion of the probationary period.
