About the job

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Trainer to join our team. This role involves managing client relationships, managing training programs, driving revenue, and supporting client success. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong business acumen and a passion for delivering value to organizations through impactful training solutions.

Client Management

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients.
• Act as a point of contact for all client queries related to training and support.
• Understand client training needs and recommend suitable programs.
• Monitor client satisfaction and ensure successful implementation of services.

Training Delivery & Support

• Conduct corporate training sessions, workshops, and presentations (online and on-site).
• Provide pre- and post-training support to ensure knowledge retention and application.
• Maintain documentation of training sessions, feedback, and progress.

Revenue Generation

• Identify new business opportunities within existing and new client accounts.
• Support in creating and presenting proposals for corporate training packages.
• Achieve assigned sales/revenue targets through client renewals and upselling.
• Work in collaboration with the business development team for lead conversion.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in corporate training, client service, or sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and training projects simultaneously.
• Confidence in public speaking and facilitating group discussions.
• Self-driven with a results-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in L&D, HR consulting, or corporate sales.
• Certification in Training & Development (e.g., CPTD, Train the Trainer, etc.).
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
