Job Description:

We are looking for an empathetic and driven Sales Executive who is passionate about helping women improve their health, particularly those managing PCOS. The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience, be comfortable conducting video consultations, and have the ability to connect with potential clients on a personal level. As a Sales Executive at Nutritionist Misha, you will be responsible for guiding prospects through our services and helping them understand how we can support their health and wellness journey.

Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential clients and introduce them to our services, focusing on how we can support their wellness goals.
• Conduct video consultations with prospects to discuss their health needs and provide personalized recommendations.
• Qualify leads and book consultation calls with our experts.
• Maintain a customer-first approach, offering support and answering questions with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
• Track leads, manage follow-ups, and report on sales activities.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and encourage referrals.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience, ideally in health, wellness, or a similar industry.
• Comfortable with video consultations and able to create a personal connection through virtual interactions.
• Empathetic and able to understand and address clients' needs with sensitivity and care.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Goal-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Strong understanding of PCOS is a plus, or the willingness to learn and educate clients about it.
