Business Development Executive

Position Summary:
As a Business Development Executive at Creatore, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth by identifying and converting new opportunities into long-term partnerships. You will expand the client base, develop strategic relationships, and maximize revenue while working closely with internal teams to deliver impactful advertising solutions. This role requires a strong grasp of marketing strategies, excellent negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development
Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation techniques.
Conduct thorough market analysis to understand industry trends, competitors, and client needs.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline of prospective clients.
Prepare and deliver engaging presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to potential clients.
Client Relationship Management
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to understand their business goals.
Provide strategic advertising solutions tailored to clients' needs.
Ensure regular communication and client satisfaction, identifying upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
Work collaboratively with account management and creative teams to deliver client expectations.
Negotiation & Contracts
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure new business while maximizing profitability.
Ensure all contractual agreements align with agency policies and legal requirements.
Work closely with the legal and finance teams to finalize contracts.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
Analyze market intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
Monitor competitor pricing and positioning to develop a competitive advantage.
Prepare sales forecasts, progress reports, and presentations for management review.
Requirements & Skills:
Strong understanding of advertising, marketing strategies, and industry dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
Prior experience in business development, sales, or client servicing in an advertising agency is a plus.
