Akamai serves over 7,000 customers, including many of the world's top 100 largest corporations. As a story producer, secure customer participation in events, media interviews, panels, webinars, or case studies. You also provide leadership in execution and production.

As a Manager Marketing (Story Producer), you will be responsible for-
 

• Developing great relationships with teams in APJ (and across the world), especially in Sales, Services, and Marketing
• Leveraging those relationships to recruit champions by showing how advocating for Akamai benefits them and their company.
• Producing the written stories, video testimonials and event interviews that result from that yes
• Marketing the content internally to Sales, Marketing, and to the world, with the help of partner teams
• Tracking content metrics, analyzing impact, and refining strategies to improve performance as needed.
   

Do What You Love

To be successful in this role you will-

• Have 3-5 years experience in a customer advocacy or customer marketing role
• Have experience in a role requiring the ability to manage complex relationships between internal and external stakeholders
• Have at least 1 year of experience working for or with cloud technology companies
• Have experience with impactful and creative visual storytelling for complex and technical topics
• Build and maintain excellent relationships and communications with your stakeholders
• Work both independently and cross-functionally
• Prioritize overlapping and competing priorities and deadlines by self
• Learn any skills needed to efficiently execute the role's deliverables
