Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team at Salesable. The ideal

candidate will have extensive experience in B2B marketing, particularly in the IT, ITES, and BFSI sectors. You

will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive lead generation, improve

online visibility, and foster business growth. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced

environment and has hands-on experience in B2B marketing, email campaigns, LinkedIn marketing, SEO, and

vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute B2B email marketing campaigns that engage target

audiences and generate leads.

- LinkedIn Marketing: Manage LinkedIn campaigns, build brand presence, and generate business leads through

organic and paid marketing strategies.

- Content Development: Showcase excellent content skills by preparing and sharing existing work before the

interview. Experience in writing case studies, blogs, and other marketing content is essential

- SEO and Web-Based Lead Generation: Utilize SEO techniques to enhance the company’s digital presence and

drive inbound lead generation through the website.

- Vendor Management: Collaborate with external digital marketing vendors to ensure campaigns are executed

effectively and meet business goals.

- CRM Management (Zoho): Oversee and manage the company’s Zoho CRM, including administrative access,

integrations, and ensuring seamless functionality for marketing purposes.

- Decision Maker Persona Development: Understand and create targeted marketing strategies focused on

decision-maker personas within the IT, ITES, and BFSI industries.

- Data Management: Demonstrate proficiency in working with data related to marketing and lead generation, and

ensure high-quality databases for targeted campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 3-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in IT, ITES, BFSI companies, or digital/advertising

agencies servicing clients in these sectors.

- Proven experience in setting up and managing B2B email marketing campaigns.

- Strong expertise in LinkedIn marketing, including lead generation and paid campaigns.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.

- Solid understanding of SEO principles and web-based lead generation strategies.

- Experience managing external digital marketing vendors.

- Proficient in Zoho CRM management, with administrative and integration skills.

- Strong understanding of decision-maker personas in B2B sales and marketing.

- Knowledge of marketing data analysis and lead generation through digital channels.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Candidates with experience from IT, ITES, BFSI, or advertising/digital marketing agencies are strongly

preferred.
