Who You Are:

• You have 1-2 years of experience in customer success or client engagement, ideally within an EdTech platform.
• Proficient in managing customer renewals and retention, ensuring a superior customer experience.
• Skilled in utilizing performance metrics to guide your strategies and improve customer retention rates.
• Excellent communication skills paired with a deep passion for education and a desire to make a significant impact.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, always eager to learn and drive value for both customers and the company.

Your Role:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for our users, offering comprehensive support and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and securing a smooth renewal process.
• Work collaboratively with various internal teams to optimize service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Innovate and implement strategies that improve engagement and satisfaction among students and parents.
• Handle end-to-end customer support, maintaining all aspects related to their experience, grievances, and feedback.
• Focus on retention and decreasing churn rates as a major part of your Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
