Position Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist - Entry Level to join our HR team. This role is ideal for graduates who are passionate about recruitment and eager to learn the end-to-end process of identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to source potential candidates.

Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial screenings and assessments to identify suitable candidates for open positions.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive experience for both parties.

Job Posting: Create and post job advertisements on relevant job boards and company platforms.

Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

Candidate Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing updates on the recruitment process and addressing inquiries.

Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor hiring practices.

Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Reporting: Prepare recruitment reports, tracking metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate conversion rates.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on best practices in talent acquisition and participate in training sessions to enhance recruitment skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR and recruitment field.
