Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Recruiter to join our human resources team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about talent acquisition and eager to support our clients in building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various client needs.

Job Posting: Create and manage job postings on multiple platforms to reach a broad audience of potential candidates.

Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for client roles.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and client hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and professional process.

Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their hiring requirements and providing regular updates on recruitment progress.

Candidate Experience: Provide a positive candidate experience by offering timely feedback, support, and guidance throughout the hiring process.

Offer Management: Facilitate the offer process, including negotiating terms and managing the offer acceptance and onboarding process.

Database Management: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and candidate database with accurate and relevant information.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and labor market conditions to offer valuable insights and recommendations to clients.

Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with legal and ethical standards, including equal employment opportunity regulations.

Collaboration: Work closely with other HR team members and internal stakeholders to meet recruitment goals and support organizational needs.

Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement best practices and process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within an HR or staffing environment.

Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and techniques.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
