Job Overview

We are looking for a UK Recruiter Training and Placement to join our team. This position is ideal for freshers with up to 1 year of work experience. The job is available in multiple locations: Madanapalle, Hyderabad, and Bangalore. It is a full-time, remote, and contract-based role focusing on recruitment strategies, candidate sourcing, interviewing techniques, and training and development.

Qualifications And Skills

• Recruitment Strategies (Mandatory skill)
• Candidate sourcing to identify potential candidates through various platforms and channels, ensuring a diverse pool of talent.
• Interviewing techniques to effectively assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
• Employment law knowledge to ensure compliance with legal standards in recruitment processes.
• Negotiation skills to manage and close agreements between the company and candidates.
• Communication skills to articulate requirements and expectations clearly to candidates.
• Networking abilities to build and maintain professional relationships within the industry.
• Training and development skills for enhancing the capabilities of new hires and existing employees.
