Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter with 2-3 years of experience in bulk/blue collar recruitment to join our team in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates to meet our staffing needs. You will play a key role in ensuring that we attract and retain the best talent to support our operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for bulk/blue collar positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Maintain a talent pipeline and database of potential candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in bulk/blue collar recruitment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
