Location: Remote/Work From Home

Hours: 5 hours per day EST Time Zone, Monday - Friday

Compensation:

Base Pay: $200-300/month and above (based on experience)

Commission: 5% on sales (Potential additional earnings of $300-$1,000)

Responsibilities:

1. Warm Calling, Email, and DM appointment setting.

2. Utilizing the latest outreach strategies to generate leads and new appointments.

3. Engaging with potential clients and scheduling appointments.

4. Maintaining accurate records of interactions and appointments in the CRM.

Requirements:

1. 1-2 years experience in cold calling, DM appointment setting, and lead generation.

2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.

3. Self-motivated and target-driven.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5. Handle Stress & Pressure

Criteria:

? We are only looking for candidates from the Philippines or India who is hungry to make money to provide for their family and become financially stable and/or free.

? They should have at least 6 months of Experience in B2B Appointment Setting or Cold Calling and be willing to get started ASAP or within 1-2 weeks max

? They should be hungry to learn and have the right mindset to grow as an individual apart from making an unlimited income via fixed salary + commission.

? They should have Fluent English (Written + Speaking)

? Their FB Profile will help us understand more about their personality and what activities they do

? They need to be at least 20+ years and Graduated from their Universities

? They need to complete 3 Layers of Interviews to get Permanently Hired for the Role:
