Job Overview

Podar Education Network is seeking a passionate Junior English Teacher for its Cuddapah and Tirupati locations. This position requires 1-3 years of work experience in teaching English. The candidate will be responsible for crafting engaging lesson plans, delivering high-quality education, and supporting students in their language acquisition journey.

Qualifications And Skills

• Fluent in English with excellent command over the language.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey information to students and parents.
• Patience and empathy to understand and address student needs.
• Effective classroom management skills to maintain a conducive learning environment.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback to help students improve academically and personally.
• Knowledge of English literature (Mandatory skill).
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans (Mandatory skill).
• Understanding of language acquisition (Mandatory skill).
   

Roles And Responsibilities of English Teacher

• Develop and implement lesson plans that meet educational standards and cater to student interests.
• Evaluate student performance regularly through assessments, projects, and classroom participation.
• Provide additional support to students needing extra help with language concepts.
• Ensure that the classroom environment is conducive to learning and is free of discrimination or bias.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and report regularly to parents and school administration.
• Participate in school meetings, educational conferences, and teacher training workshops to continue professional development.
• Incorporate innovative teaching methods and technologies to make learning more effective and enjoyable.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement and success.
