About the job

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Success Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services. Your excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities will be crucial in maintaining strong customer relationships and contributing to our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Manage and respond to customer inquiries via email and other support channels in a timely and professional manner
• Process and handle customer account adjustments, including billing modifications and compensation requests
• Execute predefined customer engagement workflows and conduct troubleshooting procedures to resolve issues efficiently
• Identify and escalate complex customer issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and streamline support processes
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of our knowledge base and FAQs
• Provide feedback to product and development teams based on customer insights and pain points
   

Required Qualifications
 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in all tasks
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
• Proficiency in using CRM software and support ticket management systems
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset
• Patience and empathy when dealing with frustrated or dissatisfied customers
   

Preferred Qualifications
 

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer support or customer success role
• Familiarity with our industry and product offerings
• Experience with remote customer support tools and platforms
• Knowledge of basic technical troubleshooting procedures
