We're Hiring: Customer Service Representative (Remote | Night Shift)
Work from anywhere | Night Shift | Full-Time
Salary: ?25,000 – ?30,000 per month
Are you a skilled communicator who thrives in a fast-paced chat environment? We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to support our customers exclusively through live chat!
What You'll Do:
* Handle customer inquiries via live chat
* Provide clear, professional, and friendly written responses
* Use ChatGPT to assist in crafting accurate and efficient replies
* Resolve issues promptly while maintaining a high-quality customer experience
* Maintain accurate records of chat interactions
What We're Looking For:
* Excellent written communication skills — this is a chat-only role
* Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT in day-to-day work
* Strong attention to detail and typing accuracy
* Ability to multitask across multiple chat conversations
* Comfortable working night shifts
* Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
* Prior chat support experience is a plus
