THE ROLE

We’re hiring a Technical Recruiter to help us find and hire top-tier Business Intelligence Developers, Data Engineers, and other technical talent. In this role, you’ll work closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs, proactively source and screen candidates, and guide them through the hiring process.

You’ll help us reduce time-to-fill, improve the candidate experience, and build strong pipelines of technical talent in India. While our leadership team will continue to make final hiring decisions, you’ll be an essential part of creating a smooth, effective recruiting process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs
• Source, screen, and recommend qualified candidates for technical roles (BI Developers, Data Engineers, etc.)
• Manage job postings and candidate pipelines across platforms (LinkedIn, Instahyre, Naukri, etc.)
• Conduct initial phone screens and assess candidate fit
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and maintain communication with candidates
• Track recruiting metrics and recommend process improvements
• Represent Parable’s culture and values in candidate interactions
• Build relationships in talent communities and support employer branding efforts

RESULTS

• Reduced time-to-fill for technical positions, improving efficiency in the hiring process by streamlining sourcing and candidate engagement.
• Increased quality of hires, ensuring candidates meet the technical and cultural needs of the team, leading to long-term success and retention.
• Improved candidate experience, with a clear and consistent communication process that enhances Parable’s employer brand and attracts top-tier talent.
• Strong talent pipelines for future technical hiring needs, ensuring we’re always ready to meet business demands with qualified candidates.
• Successful collaboration with hiring managers to align on talent requirements, resulting in precise, well-targeted sourcing strategies.
• Optimized recruiting process through tracking metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and making improvements to accelerate hiring timelines.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience recruiting technical roles in India, ideally for data or analytics positions
• Experience recruiting in US based companies
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and online communities
• Understanding of data-related technologies (Power BI, SQL, Azure, etc.)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proven ability to work independently and meet hiring goals
• Comfortable working IST hours with 3–4 hours of U.S. overlap (12–9pm IST)

PREFERRED

• Experience recruiting in healthcare companies
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or CRM tools
• Interest in employer branding and community engagement

LOCATION

Remote (India-based, preferably Mumbai or Pune)

SCHEDULE

Full-time, Monday to Friday, with some overlap with U.S. business hours
